Reparation af kogeplade i Nordjylland

"I lost 900kr after he accepted a job in which I explained in both the job description and in private message that my dishwasher has a bad smell and I believe the pipes needs to be cleaned, just for him to arrive at my house and tell me he is not a plumber so he can’t clean my pipes. He then made me open my phone and swipe complete on the task. Handy is in contact with him to ask him to return part of the money but he is refusing. I’m left feeling like I was scammed. I don’t know how someone with good conscience can take 900kr for coming to my house for 5 min and tell me he is not qualified to perform the job he accepted while I clearly explained what the problem is. He has good ratings so I’m sure he is good at the things he can actually do. It’s just unfortunate that he chose to take my job and not do the right thing by returning part of the amount. Note: I didn’t even request the full refund as I know he has taken time out of his day to drive to my apartment, but he couldn’t even agree to a partial refund. I’m very disappointed."
