Kontorflytning jobs på Frederiksberg

Hi! I accidentally got this thru-axle adapter stuck in my Wahoo KICKR when trying to install my bike, and now it won’t move in or out at all. I think it just needs the right tool (probably pliers or a proper thru-axle removal tool), but I don’t have the equipment myself. If someone familiar with installing a Wahoo KICKR (or bike trainer setups in general) could help me get it out, that would be amazing. It shouldn’t take long for someone who knows what they’re doing. The stuck axle is the one shown in the photo – where my hand is.

I would like a 220cm x 95cm table with separate legs and 2 extra leaves, moved from Frederiksberg to Copenhagen Central. The table is on 2nd floor and should be moved to 2nd floor. It is a solid wood table but not a super heavy one! There is no lift either end. The leaves are 95x50cm each. We can assist on the drop off bed but not at the pick up end. There are no narrow doorways, just regular doorways!
