We have reviewed the property’s tilstandsrapport and would like to invite your team for an on-site evaluation to assess specific issues and provide a detailed estimate for any necessary repair work. The key areas we are concerned with include:
-Asbestos-contaminated insulation in the loft (following cleaning of asbestos-containing roof plates)
-Cracked roof plates near the skylight, potentially leading to water ingress
-Leaky or poorly sealed ventilation ducts in the loft
-Loft hatch that is not airtight or properly sealed
We are looking to understand:
-The scope of work required to address each issue
-Cost estimates (including potential removal and replacement of insulation)
-Any health or building code considerations related to asbestos handling
