Hello there, I need to get curtain tracks installed to my apartment, 7 VIDGA tracks(dual tracks) from IKEA will be installed on total of 4 walls. So cutting the VIDGA tracks and mounting them on the walls will be necessary. Also, screws was not included in the box, you may need to bring the correct ones. I don't know the types of walls, but they look very strong. Drilling the holes may require a strong drilling machine (most probably will). Also, you will need a portable staircase to access to the ceilings (around 2.30meters from ground). IKEA instructions should be clear for any handymen.
