The apartment consists of 1 bedroom, 1 living room, a kitchen, an entrance, and a bathroom. The apartment is 58 square meters. 1. In the living room and bedroom, the existing old wallpaper should be removed, the walls should be smoothened, new wallpaper should be put, and then white paint should be applied. 2. The walls of the bathroom and kitchen should be painted white. There is no wallpaper. 3. The floors are wood; however, their top layer is old and scratched. The top layer should be removed, and a colorless coating should be applied. 4. The doors and door frames will be painted white. 5. The balcony will be painted with specific colors provided by the association because all the residents have the same balcony. 6. The windows will be painted white. 7. Only two radiators will be painted white. 8. 'Stuk' (see in the pictures) will be put between the wall and ceiling. You are very welcome to come to the apartment.
